Thank you for shopping with Nailgaze. Each set of our handmade press-on nails is crafted with care to help you express your unique style. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.


🔁 Returns

Due to hygiene reasons and the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item you receive is damaged or incorrect.

If you experience an issue with your order, you must contact us within 4 day of delivery at Emily@nailgaze.com. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll review your request and offer a resolution such as a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


💸 Refunds

Refunds are available in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • You receive the wrong item

  • Your order is lost in transit and confirmed undelivered (verified through tracking)

If your request is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We’ll notify you via email when your refund has been issued.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.


🚫 Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Custom-sized or personalized press-on nails

  • Used, worn, or altered products

  • Issues reported more than 1 day after delivery

  • Sizing errors made by the customer (please refer to our sizing guide before placing your order)


🛑 Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please email Emily@nailgaze.com within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, we may have already begun production, especially for custom orders.
